Originally an engineer, his journey began with a bike trip through the Basque Country. He returned with a bag full of sausages and stories about pigs. That was the start of Oleo Gustus, the market stall where Lionel fully embraced his passion for fatty sausages. Today, he offers not only Basque meat specialties but also salami, nduja, ham, salsiccia, bresaola, and many other sausages, each with its own story to tell.
