Simon Ellery, the man behind the cartoon sausage, is a character best met in person. The New Zealander came to Berlin with his passion for all things meat and became a certified master butcher here. By combining the traditional German bratwurst with exciting new flavours, he wants to make meat something very special again. All the ingredients for his handmade products are of the highest quality and the meat comes from the 'Schwäbisch Hall farmers' association'. Of course, he also has British classics on offer - bacon and black pudding, which many say is the best black pudding in town. His claim of ‘shameless sausage and bloody good bacon’ really lives up to its name.

Where the name comes from, you ask? Inspired by a London butcher who always worked very long hours, Simon and his band wrote a song called ‘the sausage man never sleeps’...
