Big Stuff, that's Anna Lai and Tobias Bürger. And this is an impressive smoker that the two of them brought back to Berlin from the USA - because there was nowhere they liked eating more in New York than at a proper BBQ. Back then, in 2012, they didn't know where to go. Then the Markthalle became their home. And Big Stuff Smoked BBQ became pioneers of the Berlin street food scene. Juicy, tender beef and Duroc meat, slow and gently cooked, superbly flavoured. The beef comes from organic farms in Salzburger Land, the Duroc pork from Thuringia. Oh yes, at the very (very) good little bar, which is also part of Big Stuff, you can enjoy a freshly tapped beer, really good cocktails, fabulous wines or homemade non-alcoholic drinks with your BBQ platter: Cheers!
