What began in 2015 with three wheels of cheese and a pallet table, quickly (or even immediately) blossomed into one of the most exciting cheese counters in Berlin (or even beyond). Selected farm house cheeses directly from the respective producers are within our reach ever since. Matthias Becker and his team hand out classics - such as Comté from Marcel Petite and Parmigiano Reggiano from Giorgio Cravero - as well as the enfants terribles of the lactic scene: Mike Thomson's Young Buck from Northern Ireland or pit-aged Pecorino from Tuscany - a cheese counter that is more curated than arranged.
