The Mani in Pasta project was born from the meeting of two chefs and a sound engineer. After many adventures within Europe, the brothers Angelo and Gioacchino Celona and their good friend Lorenzo Corisi found themselves in Berlin. Pasta master Angelo has established a name for himself as the man who brings the best Sicilian cuisine to Berlin. His younger brother Gioacchino, who has a particular fondness for seasonal dishes, has already cooked in the restaurants WAU and Herr Rossi. Lorenzo Corisi is responsible for everything that happens behind the scenes.

The dream of the three of them was not only to turn water and the best flour into the beloved maccherone, but also to create their own brand. Healthy and for everyone - "Mani in Pasta" wants to present a local product – made with love and care – to bring the typical flavours of Italian Mediterranean cuisine to the table. Whether for your daily lunch or in a jar to take home: Lorenzo, Angelo and Gioacchino are your men!
