The transparent butcher's shop Kumpel & Keule stands for the honest enjoyment of meat. In the glass production room, it's all about the sausage (and other meat products). The young team led by master butcher Jörg Förstera gives meat and the craft its dignity back. Kumpel & Keule stands for a new, young generation of butchers who are passionate and convinced in their quest for all-round quality from pasture to plate.
