Wild Sausages!

For some time now, a chef has been making a name for himself in Berlin with fine game specialities. It all started when a friend took Thomas hunting. They then carved the game together and turned it into sausage with their own hands. This experience fascinated Thomas: It increased his respect and, above all, his appreciation of the animal. All of this gave rise to the idea that ultimately led to ‘Wilde Wurst’.

Thomas Barthelmes ensures that we now have really good game meat in the hall. From Bratwurst to Leberkäs', everything is on offer - and most of it comes from Brandenburg forests. Everything is carefully controlled by Thomas: starting with the hunt, through the refinement with his own spice recipes and always fresh herb mixtures – which are usually seasonal – to the handcrafted perfection of the products. This takes place in close and trusting co-operation with the ‘Landfleischerei Hennickendorf’ in Teltow-Fläming.

At Thomas' stand you will not only get the best game meat specialities to take home, but the game connoisseur will also be happy to prepare you a hot dog from his wild boar wieners! So it's up to you to decide whether you want a classic or funky topping.
