Bao Gao-Chef Wing grew up in England as the child of a Chinese father and a British mother. After training as a sculptor and carpenter and seven years of cookery and Tai Chi training in Beijing, he moved to Berlin, where he began to miss the flavours of his childhood more and more. Shortly afterwards, the idea was born to offer traditional dumplings, noodle and rice dishes here too. 

Since November 2022, Bao Gao Club has been bringing the diversity of regional Chinese cuisine to Markthalle Neun with its dim sum concept. Starting with a stall at Street Food Thursday, they now also permanently supply the Markthalle with fine Chinese specialities in their own stall.

The selection of homemade, vegan and non-vegan dumplings of various flavours, as well as rice and noodle dishes is growing steadily. Spectacular Chinese salads with plenty of flavour guarantee that lunch never gets boring.
