A longstanding fixture at Cheese Berlin, now also at the big market on Saturday: the Spanish cheeses from Palacios & Palacios. The family has been rooted in cattle breeding, milk production and agriculture in Castilla-La Mancha for generations. Marta Palacios brought this passion from Spain to Berlin. Since 2019, she has been working closely with small producers to present the impressive variety of artisan cheeses and culinary specialities from all over Spain - always with a deep connection to the respective region and its traditions.
