Kasuteira

Sunday 13. April

Kasuteira brings the art of Japanese patisserie directly to Berlin, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. With over 6 years of experience in Ukraine, where Kasuteira originated, the brand has its roots in Japanese dessert art and is now bringing its unique creations to the German capital.

Famous for their Kasuteira (Japanese castella cakes), which are tender and fluffy at the same time, Kasuteira offers not only traditional Japanese cakes, but also innovative variations. The desserts are inspired by Japanese flavours such as matcha, yuzu and azuki, and are prepared by hand with great dedication.

The combination of classic Japanese desserts and creative new ideas makes Kasuteira a special highlight at Naschmarkt International. Here you can discover the fascinating Japanese flavours and be inspired by the precision and attention to detail in every dessert.
