Kashtan & Best Patisserie

Sunday 13. April

Kyiv cake, honey cake, Napoleon or flower-shaped cheesecake?

In the centre of Markthalle Neun, at the Kashtan stand, you can discover the artistic desserts of Snezhana Ozeriana from Kharkiv. Originally from Ukraine, she completed her training at the legendary Le Cordon Bleu school in London - where she perfected the fine art of French patisserie.

Snezhana is inspired by the best traditions of European baking. Her desserts are characterised by refined techniques, attention to detail and the highest quality ingredients. In Germany, she founded the Best Patisserie label - a company that produces exclusive desserts for B2B customers and catering.

You can sample Snezhana's creations at Kashtan during Naschmarkts and also during the week. And what exactly is Kashtan?

Kashtan is a pop-up project that makes Ukrainian businesses, crafts and creative initiatives visible - and brings the culinary and cultural diversity of Ukraine to Berlin's MH9.
