Bekarei

Sunday 13. April

Bekarei brings the culinary highlight of Portugal directly to Berlin: the famous Pastéis de Nata. These delicious, golden-brown baked custard tarts with crispy puff pastry and a velvety filling have long since achieved cult status. And at Bekarei, every portion is prepared with love and craftsmanship to conjure up the authentic flavour of Lisbon directly on our tongues.

The tradition of pastéis de nata dates back to the 18th century and has its origins in the monasteries of Portugal, where the nuns created these tarts from leftover eggs and sugar. Today, they are not only a traditional pastry, but also a symbol of Portuguese joie de vivre - sweet, creamy and unmistakable.

At Bekarei, this pleasure is offered at the highest level. Whether with coffee, as a snack or as a dessert - pastéis de nata are the perfect combination of traditional craftsmanship and Portuguese flair. At Naschmarkt International, you can experience the quality and authentic flavour for yourself!
