RAW WINE has been a guest at Markthalle Neun for many years. RAW - initiated by Isabelle Legeron - is the world's most innovative wine fair for natural wine. It is dedicated exclusively to organic and biodynamic wines that are as natural as possible.

Trade visitors and interested parties can discover and taste wines from over 130 producers. Some are already represented in Germany in the retail or catering trade, others are looking for distribution here for the first time. Only the winegrowers themselves await you at the stands. They will be happy to explain how they grow and process small quantities of organic wine that is free from additives and aids. Because natural wines are not manipulated wines. They are hardly, if at all, sulphurised and vinified without complex cellar technology and synthetic fining agents (such as pure yeasts). The vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. Vins Naturels usually come from small, radically artisanal wineries.
