Obst & Gemüse is no longer taking place.

From leaf to root - from juice to sauerkraut! In 2017, we organised the big fruit & vegetable market - because if you want to taste the local and seasonal flavours of a cuisine, it starts at the fruit & vegetable stand. Now the kale, then the asparagus. Carrots that you can taste whether they have grown in sandy or clay soil. Old varieties, young sprouts, dried, roasted and cooked, fermented and pickled, juiced or matured in bottles - this market day is vegetarian. Not as a dogma, but as a, well, field test in the literal sense of the word: together we have taken our food by the roots!
