Seit über 10 Jahren lädt Autorin und Cheese Berlin-Kuratorin Ursula Heinzelmann zum Heinzelcheesetalk in die Markthalle Neun. Das Thema ist immer Käse, aber immer anders. Mal geht's in die Berge, mal ins Tal – je nachdem wo es Ursula auf ihren Recherche-Reisen zuletzt hingeführt hat. Mal in die Ferne, mal bleiben wir auch ganz nah. Langweilig wird's dagegen nie. Do you have plans for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday? We have some great guests over: Sake from Japan and Berlin – both the young and the wild breweries, as well as the established, traditional ones. There are countless bottles to taste – crafted by hand and picked with love. Over 1,000 years of history right there in every glass, and a real sake samurai's there, too. Come through, it's gonna be lovely!
