The mission of the two founders, Sarah and Eriko, is clear: They want to show that sake pairs fantastically with any cuisine. Their selection is constantly changing, bringing not only true rarities but also the latest innovations straight from Japan to your glass.

The secret to SUI SUI’s success is the duo behind it: While Sarah is shaking up the scene in Berlin (known for her award-winning NOMU Sake Bar) as a sommelier and instructor, Eriko is based right at the source in Japan. She tracks down the most exciting new discoveries on the ground and sends them straight to Europe.
