It all started back in 2008, with first-class ice cream. Back then as one of the first certified organic, artisan ice cream producers in Berlin. Today, it is a firm favourite and an integral part of Berlin summer strolls. "Uncompromising quality" is not just an empty phrase here, but is practised every day. 2023 Rosa Canina expands its range. Now they also offer excellent chocolates - produced by hand in their own laboratory from bean to bar. The result speaks for itself.

The market for handmade sweets

Sweet tooths of all countries, unite! Suitcases are packed and we're off on a sweet journey around the world - our vehicles? Alfajores and amaretti, baklava and brigadeiros, churros and cheesecake, ladoo and lokma, mochi and marzipan. So fasten your seatbelts - it's going to be a sweet ride!

A large market for snacking and shopping with a colourful children's programme by Kochschule Neun and a sweet stage where real confectioners, chocolatiers and pâtissiers showcase their craft.
