Anne and Jed met in Jed's hometown New York, where Anne learnt the culinary trade and ran several deli's and bakeries. Their baking biography moves between Germany, Italy and the USA - and you can taste that at Goldmond Bakery. Anne gets the best out of simple things. Good ingredients, lots of experience, her own and family recipes fill the shelves in the glass baking room. Through the windows, you can look over Anne's shoulder as she prepares sheet cakes, sourdough challah, apple tarts, Cantuccini, Rugelach and many other treats.
