Chao She

Sunday 29. March

Sweet and savoury treats from Beijing – Yao makes it possible. Since 2022, Yao has been bringing her handmade specialities to our hall: with nimble hands, she and her team roll, shape, press and fill dough with green tea, beans and durian fillings. The result is artistically decorated mochi rolls, tea biscuits and flower cakes – little treats that conjure up a touch of Chinese tradition in every bite.
