Booze & Essig

Booze & Vinegar follows the motto: ‘Sour is fun - vinegar makes you happy.’ They collect fruit from old trees in the orchards of the Altes Land, including apples, pears and quinces, as well as herbs, berries and wild berries. The juices are processed by pressing, fermenting, macerating and fermenting to produce fresh fruit ciders. Vivid vinegars are then produced from the pomace.

Due to the high fruit content and the influence of time and air, special fruit acids develop. These vinegars are ideal for drinks, lemonades, dishes and health purposes - a real Hamburg endorphin!
