Olivier Witzkewitz

Olivier has roots in Italy and France, but he is a true Bremer at heart. After studying sociology and travelling around the world, he found his way into the restaurant business, where he founded ‘Gebrüder Witzkewitz’ with his brother and took the plunge into self-employment. In 2017, he joined us at Markthalle Neun and has since been contributing his catering and event experience to the management and organisation of our Sunday markets, Street Food Thursday and catering services.

Even before the market opens, the hall's gates open: The butcher counter, cafés, bakeries, and some shops are there for you early in the morning. And it's also worth visiting after the market closes – for example, for a glass of something, a pizza, or to soak up the hall's atmosphere.
