Mago has been supporting Markthalle Neun's food education charity since 2024, contributing his experience in the restaurant and cultural sectors. With a passion for food, educational work, and a critical view of food from a power perspective, he enriches Kochschule Neun with new perspectives and approaches. He already conducted research in his master's thesis, where he examined the menu of Moabit Prison in the 19th century. At Neun, Mago inspires everyone with his curiosity for stories, recipes, and dishes—and infects the team with his passion.
