Studio Schmaus' Geheimwaffen!
At Studio Schmaus, Amelie cooks and Alan serves! And they do it all using only regional products that Amelie and Alan love to buy at the market hall. While strolling through the market with the two of them during the open house, Amelie reveals one of her favorite ingredients: the light soy sauce “Soba Shiro Shoyu” from Mimi Ferments. It gives cheese sauce, mashed potatoes, and braised carrots an extra kick of flavor! You can find it at Beet und Baum! Short supply chains, great products.
When Amelie enjoys chatting with Werner or the Wild Gardeners, Alan is often already standing in front of the Drunk by Nature shelf. Alan's motto: Sparkling wine is perfect for aperitifs and desserts! Sylvain hands him a bottle of “Piripi Ancestral” from the Spanish winery Celler Entre Vinyes. A natural sparkling wine made from 100% Xarel-Io grapes, which matures for 9 months with its own fermentation yeasts. Lots of perlage (i.e., proper bubbles!), lots of freshness and elegance!
