Sourdough bread from the wood-fired oven
Anyone who has strolled through the hall on a Friday or Saturday will surely have noticed a small new stand: Bread.love. Their sourdough breads are stacked behind a plexiglass pane. Born in Switzerland and now available at Markthalle Neun. They are baked in wood-fired ovens, always with the same delicious dough and the same crispy crust, only the shapes change. When purchased, they are wrapped in pink tissue paper made from beetroot, so everything in and on the bread is carefully selected.
