Your training with us:
As an apprentice chef (m/f/d), you will receive in-depth training in all areas of our kitchen:
Fresh, seasonal cuisine with high-quality ingredients from the market hall
Lunch, dinner & events - variety guaranteed!
Preparation of dishes to a high level of craftsmanship
Insights into product knowledge & sustainability - from cheese and meat to wine and seasonal cocktails
What you bring with you::

About us:
Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, the Marktlokal has been the house restaurant of Markthalle Neun for over 100 years. The focus here is on high-quality, regional ingredients and artisan preparation. We work with first-class producers such as Alte Milch, Kumpel & Keule, Frisch Gefischt and Plattform 2020.
