Every year again – because it's just too good: the spaetzle from Heissen Hobel. There's no compromise on quality here – it remains top notch. The Spätzle, on the other hand, are freshly made to order and served without cream, accompanied by mountain cheese from the family-run Obere Mühle organic cheese dairy in the Allgäu region, finished off with roasted onions, black pepper, and fresh chives.
