Markthalle Neun is food culture brought to life: a marketplace, a hub for production and education, and a crossroads for craftsmanship and culture. A gathering place for many—in this historic landmark in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

Do you enjoy getting actively involved and would like to join our team right away? We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment.

TASKS

Conducting day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting)

Processing payments, including cash management

Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, as well as filing advance sales tax returns

Preparing annual operating expense statements

PREREQUISITES

Completion of an apprenticeship as a tax clerk or financial accountant, or a comparable program

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a company, ideally related to the real estate industry

Proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially Excel) and common accounting software

Preferably experience in independently managing financial accounting for multiple companies within the framework of a central management LLC

Fluent in spoken and written German
