Markthalle Neun is a living, breathing food culture: a marketplace, a hub for production and education, and a crossroads for craftsmanship and culture. It’s a gathering place for many—located in a historic landmark in Berlin-Kreuzberg. We’re looking for a new, exciting concept for one of our smaller but charming spaces, effective immediately.
The Profile: What We're Looking For
Despite its compact size, the booth offers many possibilities. We are looking for:
A strong culinary concept: Ideal for focused street food and lunch concepts, artisanal baked goods, fermented products, specialty snacks, or similar offerings.
Retail offerings are welcome: A combined approach—where you sell pre-packaged specialties, your own sauces, oils, or artisanal products in addition to food for immediate consumption—is expressly welcome.
Our core values: As always at Markthalle Neun, craftsmanship, sustainability, and uncompromising quality are our top priorities. You know your suppliers and are passionate about your business.
Hard Facts About the Booth
Size: approx. 6.3 square meters – perfectly optimized for efficient food service operations.
Amenities: The stand is fully equipped and essentially set up so that you could start operating tomorrow.
Inventory & Takeover: You can negotiate a fair buyout price and the takeover of the existing inventory directly with the current operator. Renovating the stand is also an option if it doesn’t quite fit your plans as is.
