A Liver Cheese!
Thomas has been making sure that we have really good game meat in the hall for some time now. Everything from chorizo to Leberkäs. Wait what, Leberkäs? In Berlin? Of course! Thomas gives the supposedly Bavarian favorite dish a Brandenburg touch: Leberkäs is made from game meat from Brandenburg forests. In a sandwich with coleslaw, bacon and sweet mustard, it makes a perfect (second) breakfast every Friday and Saturday in the hall!
