Six Months of Rogacki Pop-Up

Image placeholder Six Months of Rogacki Pop-Up

In the back left corner of the hall. Right where the counters are stocked with fish of all sizes. Right where guests greedily stuff shrimp and oysters into their mouths. It is exactly here that we welcome Rogacki, the quintessentially Berlin gourmet deli!

What once began as a smokehouse in Wedding moved to Charlottenburg in 1932 and made a name for itself there as a delicatessen and snack bar. Now Rogacki has returned to Kreuzberg. It’s both a grand opening and a small comeback. The legendary store on Wilmersdorfer Straße no longer exists. That makes the six-month pop-up at Markthalle Neun all the more special. The fish still comes from Frisch Gefischt—only the stall’s look is new. And John is still behind the counter, too.

So: Everything’s going swimmingly!
