Oshione is back!
Domberger, Sironi, Le Brot: all these great bakeries in the hall! The only thing: they all rely on gluten. It's good that there are great people like Aureen, the founder of Oshione, who specialises in gluten-free baking, and great that Beet & Baum now offers three different gluten-free sourdough breads every Friday and Saturday. Yay!
