The ice cream season is open here all year round, but Rosa Canina has filled the display with new spring flavors to match both the Naschmarkt and the spring-like temperatures! Our favorite of the month: poppy seed marzipan! Poppy seeds as a herald of spring meet creamy marzipan, which still reminds us a little of last winter's hibernation. If it's still too cold for ice cream, you can of course continue to sip our new cocoa varieties (70% drinking chocolate from Vietnam with an umami profile!) or try our homemade bean-to-bar chocolates.
