Your tasks:

• Leading a small team of 7-9 employees

• Training employees in all processes

• Selling and preparing coffee specialties in barista quality

• Preparing pizzas and snacks and training the team

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and company standards

• Taking initiative and being willing to continuously learn and train

• Enjoying customer interaction and building customer loyalty

• Daily accounting and cash register responsibility

Your Profile:

• Motivation and enthusiasm for working at one of our beautiful locations

• Ideally, experience in team leadership, sales, or gastronomy, especially in customer interaction

• Good German and English skills, Italian is a plus
